There is a new world in front of us. The days of blind faith and following without question are over. Now is the time for each of us to use the full faculty of our minds and think clearly for ourselves. There is a vitality available to each of us through an embodied practice of postural yoga that is being lost by many honest seekers.

Yoga styles of the past are increasingly becoming outdated as new information emerges from scientific based research of biomechanics. We will focus on the three pillars of a balances life: Emotional Intelligence, mental dexterity, and physical prowess.


Simply doing what your teacher tells you without question is no longer an option. There are far too many physical injuries due to misinformation and misguided adjustments, emotional injuries due to abuse of power and projections.

We no longer need to look at movement as right or wrong as we remember that movement is life and that our bodies need to move in healthy and happy ways.

What the world needs now are people who are ready to take responsibility, to wake up and empower themselves through their own embodiment.

People need strong spines and a solid base, people need energy to keep going and the strength to hold themselves up and be a positive impact on others.


In this 50 Hour advanced course we will travel far beyond dogma to the living reality of the human condition, we will look clearly at our beliefs and mental projections as we align our bodies with the organic and natural curvatures of our unique human form.

We draw from a diversity of movement modalities such as yoga, tantra, dance, movement thereapies and martial arts.


This course is about taking back your power and thriving in your own body mind. In this way you take full responsibility for your movements, thoughts, emotions and ultimately your life which is inherently empowering.

This course gives you a set of mind body tools, a human technology and a method for learning and teaching mindful functional movement.


In this course you will learn all about Fascia and the important role it plays in your healing and embodiment. Through the lens of biomechanics, you will discover the healthiest, safest way to strengthen and stretch muscles and stabilize joints.

With the science of biotensegrity you will understand the power of your natural curved architecture.

For a healthy and vibrant spine you will learn to articulate the spinal spiral by thoroughly understanding the complex movements of the spine as it relates to space and gravity.


An in-depth inquiry into pranayama, kriya, bandha and the mechanics of breathing will teach you how to most efficiently use your full breathing apparatus and work consciously with prana, vital life force for dynamic and powerful advanced postures, emotional and energetic clearing as well as mental clarity and dexterity.
